 International Public Relations, is proud to announce our capabilities to Monetize Hard Assets. With our extensive international resources and exclusive platforms access, we can leverage your assets and generate well above average revenue/profits for our clients. 

   Hard Assets must exceed a minimum of 10 million USD/€ in certifiable Value. 

Hard Assets must have all supporting documents listed below to ensure application qualifies as it is submitted directly to the Monetizer. Acceptable Hard Assets are:  Gold, gemstones, fine art, certain collections and real estate. 

 1.  To participate, clients must first BOOK a consultation. 

2. Once confirmed, IPR sends supporting documents to client for completion.

  - CIS / KYC (Customer information sheet / Know your client) which must include a proof of ownership of your Hard Assets, no older than 1 year old and copy of Safekeeping Receipt (SKR), with fees paid.

3. Following the consultation, IPR will offer the following:
   - Asset Management Agreement.
   - Mutual non-disclosure, non-circumvention agreement (NDA /NCA).
4. IPR will provide a draft deed of agreement (DOA) with all closing procedures.

5. All parties must execute the deed of agreement by signing in blue ink. 

  CIS / KYC (Customer information sheet / Know your client) which must include a Proof of Ownership of your Hard Assets. All signatures should be in blue ink.  

   IPR, with its knowledge and resources, enables our clients to use Hard Assets as leverage to enter into one of our exclusive Banking or Platform Programs. 

  Pays 5% of the valuation of the Hard Asset or Monetization of the Hard Assets.
